Every year the Library of Congress sponsors a book festival. They usually have a lot of characters and activities for kids, so we took Valentina. She enjoyed walking around but was NOT the biggest fan of the characters.
In the evening we joined Jana and her parents for some crabs at Cantlers in Annapolis. It was great to introduce Valentina to Rachel and Ben, and the food was amazing.
